GENEALOGY
Genealogy
traces the lineages and history of families. Genealogy uses a variety
of sources such as oral traditions, historical records,on-line
resources and other records to obtain information about
a family. The result of the reseach demonstrates kinship and pedigrees.

MEMOIRS, SPECIAL
OCCASIONS AND MEMORIALS
A
memoir is an oral and printed description of a person, an
event or portions of a lifetime. Special
occasions include birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, bar and
bat mitzvahs, graduations or
retirements. Memorials are rememberances of a life, usually
offered at memorial services, wakes and funerals.

reminiscencess on a particular subject. These
subjects can include
personal travels with your memories and pictures, local folk and family
tales, family recipes that evoke a story and colorful sayings of a
family members. Any of these collections can be enhanced in a

bound book.

House history includes interviews and research into
the history of a house or property.
BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORIES
Business
histories record the stories and accomplishments of people who created
businesses along with the evolution of the business itself.
Organizational histories preserve the
histories of schools, clubs, historical societies, non profit
organizations, religious and ethnic groups.

are the costs associated with these types of projects?
The
cost depends on many factors. These include
the scope of the project, the amount of time, the extensiveness of the
research and the number of oral interviews necessary to complete the
task. Before beginning we provide a free consultation and
develop a budget and plan of operation for the task. The plan
and
budget will include the prices, timeline and potential additional
costs. Depending on the scope of the project the cost can run
into
several thousand dollors.
